Who We Are

The construction company we wanted to find.

Built by two executives who spent two decades helping homeowners and contractors, and decided to do it themselves.

Why Primeline Exists

Executive-level operations for residential renovation.

After more than twenty years working alongside the residential construction industry in the DC metro area, we saw the same pattern repeat. Skilled contractors, talented tradespeople, real craftsmanship in the field — and no operational discipline behind it. Estimates written on the back of an envelope. Schedules promised verbally and never tracked. Communication that ended the day the deposit cleared.

Homeowners deserve better. Contractors deserve better. Primeline Construction Group exists to bring executive-level operations to residential renovation in the DMV.

The Founders

Two executives. One company.

Sandra Pacheco, CEO of Primeline Construction Group

Sandra Pacheco

Chief Executive Officer

Sandra is a Colombian-American executive with more than twenty years in business operations, education, and the construction industry. She holds an Executive MBA and a generative AI certificate from MIT. As founder and CEO of HDS Biz Solutions, she has trained and consulted more than 5,300 Latino contractors across the United States since 2016. She serves on the board of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Montgomery County and directs education for the Latino Builders Show. Sandra runs the company. She is the executive project manager on every renovation.

Erik Pacheco, Director of Sales at Primeline Construction Group

Erik Pacheco

Director of Sales and Business Development

Erik is the commercial director at Primeline. He spent twenty years as a mortgage loan officer in the DMV, where he helped hundreds of families finance the homes they live in today. He led a light-construction crew for one year, and for the past seven years he has been Director of Sales at HDS Biz Solutions, working directly with construction business owners every week. Erik knows what financing looks like from the homeowner side, what sales discipline looks like from inside the industry, and what makes a contractor referable. He owns the client relationship from the first call through closeout.

The Crew

We lead the project. The crew we bring is not an accident.

Sandra and Erik run every project directly. That means the person who signed your contract is the person managing your job site — not a subcontracted project manager hired the week you started.

The tradespeople we bring into your home average more than 15 years of residential renovation experience in the DMV. Carpenters, tile setters, plumbers, electricians — we have worked with each of them before. We know how they communicate, how they handle problems, and how they leave a job site at the end of the day.

We are deliberate about who we bring into a client's home. We do not pull from a labor board the morning of a job. Every person on a Primeline project has been vetted, has worked with us before, and understands that the standard we hold ourselves to applies to them too.

"The crew reflects the company. We take that seriously."

Family-Owned, Executive-Run

We did not inherit a job site. We inherited an operating philosophy.

Primeline is family-owned. Sandra and Erik are married. That matters, but not for the reasons family-owned usually matters.

Most family-owned construction companies in our market are run by tradespeople who learned the craft from a father or a brother. That is a real heritage and we respect it. Primeline is different. We did not inherit a job site. We inherited an operating philosophy from twenty years of executive work in finance, education, and business consulting.

When you hire Primeline, you hire two people who treat your home the way an executive team treats a portfolio company. Detailed scope before contract. Material allowances written down. Weekly progress in writing. A single point of contact who returns your call within one business day. Bilingual communication so nothing is lost between you, the architect, and the crew.

"That is what we mean by family-owned. The family in charge runs the company like a business, not like a trade."

What We Believe

Five things we will not compromise on.

01

The homeowner is the client, not the contractor's audience.

02

A clear scope is more valuable than a low price.

03

Spanish on the jobsite and English in the contract are both required, not optional.

04

A renovation is a project, not a favor.

05

Showing up on Monday is the brand.
